He couldn’t offer any further advice to me for now other than to re-register the company name in Guernsey once I have had the registry back from the UK which is more cost effective and also gives me more cover etc.”

“I have now invested in the machinery which is being built as I type this email, and I have also bought a website domain. I’m in the process of building (website) and making all the clothing, trainers, canvases etc. I’m also arranging a business launch/exhibition in Guernsey through out December. On the opening evening I will be asking guests, friends, family and other company’s in Guernsey to attend to see if anybody would be interested in the products although the main focal point will be the website for trading.
