Chris Gnapp MIRP (Dip RP), Managing Director of Leapfrog Limited started his career in retail when he was 16 and still at school studying for my GCSE’s. The excitement of working in a fast moving business drew him into forging a career, firstly in Cornwall then in Guernsey and Jersey. He moved to Guernsey in 1999 whilst taking his management exams and after completing these in 2001 had a secondment to Jersey, returning in 2002 to take up a HR Manager role. In this role he had overall accountability for up to 400 staff at seasonal times.
Moving to Leapfrog in 2005, Chris was made Managing Director of the business in January 2007, now managing a team of 6 people. In this role he has full responsibility for the day to day and strategic running of the business. Chris commented, “ am lucky to be surrounded by a great team of people who make my role a pleasure to be in.”
Outside of work Chris enjoy’s Cricket, Football and Motor Racing.

Leapfrog Recruitment was formed in early 2001 and was initially set up to focus on the junior end of the recruitment market. As time went on, our reputation for first class service built up and now we deal with all areas of recruitment. In 2007 we set up our temporary recruitment side of the business (www.tempjobs.gg) to provide a more rounded service to our growing client base. To complement our recruitment activities we set our payroll service in 2009, again with the aim to provide a more rounded and comprehensive service to our clients.

We are not in the business of “sales” and we do not operate in that way when dealing with clients and candidates alike.
